4. Estimates and PaymentEstimates are based on the information provided by you at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if there are changes to the service requirements. Payment terms will be detailed in your booking confirmation, and we may require a deposit with the balance due upon completion of the move.
5. Cancellations and ChangesCancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move date may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee if notice is not provided within this timeframe.
6. Liability and InsuranceASA Moving takes every precaution to handle your items carefully; however, we are not liable for damage to items that are improperly packed by the client. Insurance options are available to cover potential damages, and we encourage clients to inquire about additional coverage if needed.
7. Customer ResponsibilitiesTo ensure a smooth process, please have all items ready to be moved at the agreed time. Inform ASA Moving of any fragile, hazardous, or prohibited items in your load to avoid any disruptions.
8. Delays and LimitationsWhile ASA Moving makes every effort to adhere to schedules, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or government regulations. We reserve the right to refuse transportation of hazardous or unlawful items.
9. Claims and DisputesAny claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the move. ASA Moving will review each claim on a case-by-case basis, with compensation provided based on our liability terms.
